All renters of the facility must provide a complete guest list 7 days prior to the date of their event. A deposit of 50% is due when the contract is signed, the balance is due within 30 days of the event or April 1st, whichever is earlier. Bookings made after April 1st must pay in full at the time of their booking.

What is the Age Requirement for attending a Rooftop Event?

No age limit to attend and 21 years old to drink alcoholic beverages Please Bring ID’s

What is the Minimum Group Size to Book a Party?

10 is the minimum for most dates. The dates without a minimum requirement can be found on our website before the schedule.

Will my Group be Sharing the Rooftop with Other Groups?

YES, Unless you have booked an EXCLUSIVE party with us. To book an EXCLUSIVE on the Rooftop and Club Levels, you must pay for 200 guests. The All-Star Suite can be booked Exclusively by paying for 100 guests.

What is the Maximum I can Book?

Sheffield Baseball Club holds 200. If you book this number you will have an EXCLUSIVE. The All-Star Suite holds 200 guests but can be booked Exclusively with only 100 guests.

How do I book a date after I have already called or emailed about Pricing and Space?

Download the Rental Agreement from the website. Complete all Pages and Fax.

What if it Rains? Do I get my Money Back?

If it Rains you will be entitled to attend the Make Up Game if the Game is rescheduled. Sorry we do NOT offer Refunds.

Do you Send us Tickets?

NO you will need to Provide us with an Alphabetized Guest List 7 Days before the Event.

What do my Guests need to Bring?

ID’s, Showing Age and Picture.

Can I Change My Guest List After I Fax It?

This is case by case. We ask that you PLEASE fax the Final Copy Only. At times it is possible for the host to Change a name at the door. We get so many faxes and appreciate your help with this.

Where do we Enter the Rooftop?

You will enter the rooftop from the front of the building. It is obvious and you will see the line. There will also be a Doorman and Signs.

When is the Money Due After I Book?

The first 50% is Due 7 Days after we receive your Contract by fax. The Remaining Balance is Due 30 Days before the Event or April 1st, which ever is earlier. Bookings made after April 1st must pay in full at the time of their booking.

Do Prices Change?

YES Prices can change. The prices quoted are the price for the day. We change our prices based on availability.

Are Food and Drinks Included?

YES they are included in the quoted price.

What is on the Menu?

You can view the Full Menu on the website under Menu.

Can we Bring our Own Alcohol?

NO We only have a license for what we have.

Can we Change the Menu?

It is possible if you have an EXCLUSIVE in the All-Star Suite and there might be a fee depending on what the change is.

Can we Book without getting Food and Drinks.

We do not price with that option sorry. It is possible only if you have an EXCLUSIVE.

Do you have a space for a meeting?

Yes for a fee you can use the All-Star Suite at Sheffield Baseball Club.

What time can we go on the rooftop?

30 minutes before the scheduled game time, unless you have booked All-Star Suite. All-Star Suite guests can enter up to 1 hours prior to the start of the event.

Do Game times Change?

Occasionally YES. Please check the official website for Updated Game Times.

Is the Alcohol shut off like at Wrigley Field?

Yes the end of the 7th Inning.

Can we put up Signs from the Rooftop?

Signs can only be hung up if they have our approval and they can NOT be visible from the stadium.

Can we bring a Birthday Cake?

YES

Can we Cancel our Reservation?

NO (see rental agreement)

What is the Tax For?

You can see the break down of the taxes on our Rental Agreement.

Why does the fee say $175 on the Rental Agreement but I was quoted a different price?

This is an EXAMPLE only. Some games are more some are less. Prices vary per game.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We cannot say for sure. Some games go fast and some not. Some people book exclusives and some people book smaller parties. If there is already a small party booked you can not book an exclusive. Our Availability changes everyday and we cannot say for sure if the date you want will sell.

Can you hold a date for me?

NO we take the first contract we receive by Fax

What if you get two contracts together for the same date?

This is rare because we would get one before the other from the fax machine. But if they were mailed and we got both in the same day then we would take the contract that paid First.

I’m on a Budget what games are priced the Lowest?

Lowest Priced Games are April, May, Holidays and Sundays.
